The metal 7Pin heavy duty metal case connector plug is built according to the ISO 1185 standard, with a slightly relocated lip-catch, and mid-profile fasteners. This can cause incompatibility with the angular Pollak and Phillips style sockets, but not with other brands. This part complies with the new Australian Design Rules (ADR 42/05).
